Overview
Planned and executed the enterprise-wide upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the device fleet. Included hardware compatibility assessments, application testing, driver validation, and a phased deployment strategy using Intune and Autopilot. Coordinated with business units to minimise disruption and ensure a smooth transition.
